The scale, content, and time of the event held by the event organizer should be consistent with the content of the examination and approval. If the contents of the examination and approval are changed without approval, the scenic spot management authority has the right to cancel the activity permit, the scenic property company terminates the agreement, and the losses incurred are borne by the event organizer.

The examination and approval of outdoor squares during the event is carried out in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of city management.

If the green space needs to be occupied during the activity, the green space occupation fee and restoration fee shall be paid to the public square management agency. Where laws and regulations stipulate that other procedures are required, they shall be handled in accordance with the law. Those who cause damage to facilities, greenery or floors shall be compensated.
